Constructo is a web-based application for planning and managing construction projects with different level of complexity. It is designed for construction, architecture and engineering organizations and enables them to effectively manage time, costs and resources through a single solution. The application provides each construction project manager or stakeholder with anytime, anywhere access to the project information. Constructo is in conformity with European and Bulgarian construction standards.
Key Features
Project Management.
The Project Management tool enables the development of the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) of a construction project. The main feature of the tool is the ability to set the construction activities and the necessary resources. They can be either defined by the user or be reused form past projects or standard nomenclatures.
Scheduling.
During the scheduling process the user can set dependencies between activities and their duration can be measured in hours, shifts and days.
Cost Accounting.
The project cost is calculated automatically based on the cost of each resource and activity. The user can see the total cost of work for each particular resource or project activity.
Resource Management.
The project resources are divided into three categories: labor, material and equipment. They can be added manually, reused from past projects or taken from standard nomenclatures.
Bid Management.
The Bid Management tool significantly eases the offer preparation process, providing a set of standard offers, which describe in different formats the required resources and costs for the successful construction project execution.
Project Performance.
The application provides for continuous monitoring and control of the project. The user can track the cost of the project at any moment of the project execution. At the end of the each phase, the Project Performance tool generates a detailed report on the key performance indicators.
Analytical Reports.
The reports module provides a wide variety of standard and specific reports. Users can define their own reports, which can be saved for future use and analysis.
Customization.
Each user has the ability to customize their work view settings – the list of the last used projects, the personal view of the project data, etc.
Administration
This feature enables the user and nomenclature management and the calendar configuration.
